In order for our cleaners to provide you with high quality service, removing piles of trash and personal items from tables + floors before your service is important. It is difficult and time consuming if we have to continuously move around or pick-up items while cleaning. We don’t want to misplace or damage your items.
We will skip any areas and/or rooms in the home that are not decluttered before our arrival. If we cannot fully complete our cleaning services due to clutter, you will be charged for the time spent in the residence + our commute.
If the entire residence is cluttered upon arrival and we cannot provide our services, you will be charged for 50% of your total service price. If we arrive to the residence a second time to a fully cluttered home again, your service will be canceled and you will be charged the full cleaning price you purchased.

Keeping our team comfortable during cleaning appointments helps us provide the best service possible. If the internal home temperature is not adjusted to the requirements below, it will be necessary for us to set the thermostat to the requested temperatures.
○ Warmer Months: Set your thermostat no higher than 76 degrees Fahrenheit
○ Cooler Months: Set your thermostat between 60-70 degrees Fahrenheit
If the residence does not meet our required temperatures and we are unable to adjust the thermostat, your cleaning will be canceled and you will be charged according to our Cancellation Policy.

It is extremely important to keep our staff safe during all cleaning services. They do not acquire any training in handling bodily fluids, animal waste, sharps/needles, contaminated PPE, or hazardous chemicals.
If the residence has an unreasonable amount of hazardous material or any fumes, we will have to cancel your cleaning service and charge you according to our Cancellation Policy.

Colorado House Cleaning operates on a scheduled appointment basis. We are a small team and last minute changes create a large impact on our business operations. When cancelling/rescheduling an appointment, we require all customers to provide more than 24 hours notice to the scheduled time.
If you cancel/reschedule the Day Of your cleaning appointment, you will be charged for 50% of your Total Booking Price.
If you cancel/reschedule your appointment upon arriving at the residence/entering the home, you will be charged 100% of the Total Booking Price. This also applies to:
• Cleaners being locked out of the residence
• Violating any of our Service Policies that prevent our cleaners from completing service

At Colorado House Cleaning, we strive to provide top-quality cleaning services and ensure customer satisfaction. To maintain the smooth operation of our business and to continue delivering exceptional service, we have established the following payment policy.
Payment Terms:
1. Invoices and Payment Due Dates:
Payment for services is on the date of scheduled service.
2. Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept the following forms of payment: credit/debit card OR cash.
3. Late Payments:
Payments not received within 14 days of the invoice date will be considered late.
4. Failure to Pay:
If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, a reminder notice will be sent to the customer.
Continued non-payment after 14 days of the reminder notice will result in the account being turned over to collections.
If the account remains unpaid, we reserve the right to pursue further action, including but not limited to filing a claim with the small claims court.
5. Small Claims Court:
In the event that we must seek resolution through the small claims court, the customer will be responsible for all court costs, attorney fees, and any additional expenses incurred as a result of pursuing payment.

This will depend on the number of rooms, square footage, and add-ons that you select. The minimum time frame is at least 2 hours on any cleaning service.

Yes! If you choose a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning, you will receive a discounted price!

You will be charged the day of your cleaning service date.

When scheduling your cleaning service, you will select the available 2 hour arrival window time. If you chose to opt-in for text messages during your booking, you will receive a message letting you know when your cleaners are enroute!

Yes, as long as you do so no less than 24 hours before your service begins, otherwise, fees will apply. Please refer to the Booking Confirmation in your email — There is a button/link at the bottom of the message where you can reschedule your service.

You may cancel no less than 24 hours before your service begins without being charged a fee. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy to review our late cancellation fees.

We sure do! The only windows we cannot clean are windows that are higher than 10ft. In order to keep our cleaners safe from injury during cleaning services, those windows unfortunately cannot be wiped down.

We love pets and we don’t mind if they are home! As long as they are kept in a safe space (kennel/room/etc.) during your service, we are happy to say hello. We don’t want to spook them with vacuum cleaners or slipping on wet floors!

We make just about all of our own non-toxic liquid cleaning products! You may refer to our Cleaning Ingredients page to lookover the ingredients we use.

We do not require a signed contract, but we do require you to accept all of our Service Policies in order to complete your online booking.
