What’s Included in a House Cleaning Service?

Regular Cleaning

  • Please note that we are currently a small team, which means residences larger than 2000 sq ft will take longer than the average projected service time.

    3 - 4 Hour Service Minimum

    • General Dusting

    • Ceiling Fan Dusting (Under 10ft’)

    • Dusting Baseboards

    • Clean Mirrors

    • Wipe-down interior glass doors

    • Emptying all trash

    • Furniture: Dust and/or Vacuum

    • Clean All Floors: Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping

    • Kitchen: Cleaning countertops, sink, microwave (inside), appliances on the outside, spot clean outside cabinets

    • Bathroom(s): Cleaning mirror, sink, toilet, bathtub and/or shower, floor

    • Bedroom(s): Floors, dusting, tidy the bed

    • We suggest a Deep Clean for your 1st cleaning service! This will bring your residence to our cleaning standard in helping maintain quality through recurring services

Deep Cleaning

  • Please note that we are currently a small team, which means residences larger than 2000 sq ft will take longer than the average projected service time.

    4 - 5 Hour Service Minimum

    • Includes everything from our Regular Cleaning +PLUS…

    • Dust individual decor pieces

    • Cobweb Dusting

    • Wipe outer kitchen cabinets

    • Baseboard detail

    • Wipe all interior doors + frames

    • Cleaning door handles + light switches

    • Clean interior windows

    • Clean soap scum/scale from shower head + taps

    • Greater detail cleaning to regular items

    • We suggest a Deep Clean for your 1st cleaning service! This will bring your residence to our cleaning standard in helping maintain quality through recurring services

Move-In/Out Cleaning

  • Please note that we are currently a small team, which means residences larger than 2000 sq ft will take longer than the average projected service time.

    5 Hour Service Minimum

    • Includes everything from our Deep Cleaning +PLUS…

    • Window Tracks Cleaned

    • Wipe inside cabinets

    • Oven (Inside)

    • Fridge (Inside) - All food must be removed

    • All personal items MUST be removed from the property for Move-Out Cleanings
